Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a stimulating and safe classroom setting conducive to learning
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive behavior management techniques
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Incorporate early intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs

Skills:

- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong behavior management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Ability to teach math concepts at a preschool level
- Experience in tutoring or working with students one-on-one
- Familiarity with classroom organization and management techniques
